Dr. Chadwell is committed to creating your beautiful smile by providing the highest quality of care in a fun and energetic environment. His philosophy is to treat each patient with personal attention while providing exceptional service. He is humbled to be in this amazing profession and loves the personal interaction with his patients in addition to seeing the positive change in their lives.
Dr. Chadwell received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
He attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
He continued his education and received his orthodontic specialty training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
What do you do at the office?
As a clinical coordinator, I have the pleasure of helping each patient achieve their goal of having a beautiful smile. I also love getting to know each patient and hearing about their passions in life.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
I am spending time with my husband, family, and our fur babies! I also love reading and cross-stitching.

What do you do at the office?
As the financial coordinator, I am responsible for ensuring each of our patients and/or their families find orthodontic treatment easy and affordable.

I am usually working in my yard. I love being outdoors!

I love finding a payment option or arrangement that suits each patient and/or parent’s budget, and then seeing their beautiful new smile when they complete treatment!

What do you do at the office?
As the office manager, I help ensure that our office has what it needs to not only meet, but exceed expectations. Our goal is to make patients and their families as comfortable as possible, all while receiving excellent customer service. I also assist with our internal and external marketing. Dr. Chadwell feels strongly about supporting the community that supports us, and I help find fun and unique ways we can give back.
Where can we find you when you aren’t working/at work?
Outside the practice my two biggest hobbies are ice hockey and guitar. I’m a big fan of our local sports teams and try and support the Swamp Rabbits as much as possible. I also enjoy being able to go see all the great local bands that play in our area.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
The best part of my job is being able to be active in our local community. Without the support of our patients and their families, we wouldn’t be here. Chadwell Orthodontics proudly works with local animal shelters, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, and many other organizations to keep our area a great place to live.

I am a clinical assistant.

I am most likely with my Australian Shepard, Boone. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends shopping, traveling and going to concerts!
